Utiliser IExtendedNetworkService pour obtenir USSD réponse sur Android

j'essaie de trouver le moyen de faire des requêtes USSD sur Android. J'ai trouvé ça - http://commandus.com/blog/?p=58 . J'ai ajouté tous les fichiers nécessaires à mon projet.

donc maintenant le service commence après le démarrage complet.
