DSL ping constamment élevé, comment puis-je créer un cas pour afficher mon FAI?

Je suis récemment passé à Century Link et j'ai une ligne DSL, le fai avant c'était l'Internet par satellite et bien qu'il ait une faible bande passante, la latence était définitivement jouable. Maintenant que j'ai ce nouveau FAI, j'ai au plus bas si j'ai de la chance, sur des serveurs très proches de moi, 150+ ping. Maintenant, ne vous méprenez pas, 100 est vraiment jouable, mais c'est plus généralement autour de 200 + que tout, et cela va devenir très mauvais fréquemment et sauter jusqu'à 300 +, 400 +, 500 +. Comment puis-je m'y prendre construire un dossier à présenter à mon FAI ? Quels outils dois-je utiliser pour mesurer cela et comment? J'ai cette application appelée PingPlotter qui semble très adéquate, mais si je fais un ping sur mes serveurs habituels, mon FAI ne peut-il pas simplement dire que c'est le problème des serveurs qui n'est pas le leur? Qu'est-ce que je suis censé tester alors?
